Service Description

This platform provides automated social media content management and publishing services. The service enables scheduled posting to TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram accounts through our proprietary Posting Season system.

Access and Usage

• Access is restricted to authorized employees and team members only
• Each user must have valid credentials for connected social media accounts
• Users may create Posting Seasons with predefined schedules and random content from a predefined
• Multiple team members may manage the same social media accounts

Content Guidelines

Users agree to:

• Only post content that complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
• Ensure all content is original or properly licensed
• Not post misleading, harmful, or prohibited content
• Take full responsibility for all scheduled and published content

Automated Posting

• Posting Seasons allow pre-scheduled content distribution
• Users define posting dates, times, and content categories
• The system automatically publishes content according to user-defined schedules
• Users can modify or cancel scheduled posts before publication

Account Security

Users must:

• Maintain confidentiality of their dashboard credentials
• Immediately report any unauthorized access
• Not share login credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use strong passwords and enable available security features

Service Limitations

• Service availability depends on third-party API functionality
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or successful post delivery
• Platform changes by TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram may affect functionality
• Analytics data accuracy depends on platform-provided information

Termination

• Either party may terminate access with notice
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms
• Upon termination, scheduled posts will be cancelled
