Google API Services / YouTube Data
Our application uses the YouTube API Services to provide comment management features. By connecting your YouTube account, you grant us access to:
- Your YouTube channel information (channel name, ID)
- Video listings on your channel
- Comments and replies on your videos
- The ability to moderate comments (mark as spam, hide, or remove) on your behalf
We do not access:
- Your private or unlisted videos' content
- Your YouTube analytics or revenue data
- Your YouTube subscriptions or watch history
- Any data unrelated to comment management
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not use YouTube data for serving
advertisements, and we do not allow humans to read user data unless explicitly permitted.
How We Use Your Information

- Fetch and display YouTube comments for moderation purposes
- Perform comment moderation actions (mark spam, hide, reply) on your YouTube channel

- Schedule and publish content according to your Posting Seasons
- Store content for scheduled posting
- Retrieve and display post analytics
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage team member access and permissions
Data Storage and Retention
- Content files are stored on secure servers located in Romania
- All API credentials and OAuth tokens are encrypted using industry-standard encryption
- YouTube OAuth tokens are refreshed automatically and stored securely; they can be revoked at any time
- YouTube comment data is retained as long as your account is connected
- Posted content is retained for a year for analytics purposes
- Activity logs are maintained for 30 days
- Users may request deletion of stored content at any time
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share information:
- With YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram as required for the services we provide
- When required by law or legal process
- With your explicit consent
Security Measures
